With the activation code, your username and your password you can activate your DigiD.

Going to a service desk
Please note: due to COVID-19, not all DigiD servicedesks abroad are open. Please inquire at the DigiD servicedesk of your choice if it is open before submitting your application for a DigiD account.
Bring the following with you:
- service desk code (which you received by SMS and by email)
- Dutch passport or Dutch identity card (for which you entered the document number in your application)
- citizen service number
Please note that some service desks require that you make an appointment to visit. Please contact the relevant service desk for more information.
