Do you want to add your e-mail address to your DigiD and did you receive an e-mail verification code? Then log in with your DigiD and enter the e-mail verification code.
I need help
Do you need help arranging matters online and did you receive an authorisation code? Then you can give this code and your citizen service number to the person who will be helping you.
I am helping someone else
Do you want to help someone and has this person given you an authorisation code together with his or her citizen service number? Then you can activate the authorisation on the 'DigiD Authorisation' website by entering this code. Log into the website with your own DigiD and select 'activate'.
